Every flavor is a culinary masterpiece and we’re pretty sure the chefs at Ici can turn any thing into a creamy frozen treat.
We recently had the opportunity to try three new wonderful flavors: catalan creme brûlée, brown sugar-gingersnap, and chocolate.
The creme brûlée was delicious and unique and a nice spin on the custard treat. The chocolate (we know what you’re thinking…who gets chocolate at a specialty store) BUT the chocolate was AMAZING. It was the perfect balance of sweet and bitter, and perfectly complimented the brown sugar-gingersnap. The brown sugar-gingersnap ice cream was a nice light brown sugar flavor with chunks of gingersnap cookie. The cookie chunks gave the ice cream a nice texture. Ici has unarguably delicious ice cream flavors, but we cant ignore the other show of the star: the cone. The cones at ici are hand rolled and are undeniably the most delicious ice cream cones in the world. There is chocolate piped in the bottom of the cone for a special last bite!
